justodos Privacy Policy
Justodos — just to-dos. A simple, private to-do list app. Last updated: August 2026
justodos is designed to be private by default. Here is what that means in practice.
Your app data stays on your device
All of your data — tasks, habits, budget, and journal entries — is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent to our server. We do not collect emails, names, or any account information. There are no accounts.
Analytics
When you visit the website, we record anonymous, aggregate visit information. For each visit we keep only: the date and time, the page visited, the referring page, the device type (desktop or mobile), the browser, the operating system, and the approximate country and city (derived from your IP address — the IP address itself is not stored).
To count unique visitors without identifying anyone, your browser generates a random, non-identifying visitor ID that is stored in your browser's local storage. This ID cannot be linked to your identity.
We do not use cookies, do not store or process IP addresses, and do not track or identify individual visitors. These counts are used only to understand how many people use the site. Because no personal data is collected, no consent is required for this analytics.
Data retention
Aggregate analytics counts are stored on our server and kept to a recent rolling window. App data lives in your browser and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data.
Contact
If you use the contact form, we collect your name (optional), email address, and the message you send. We use this only to reply to you. Messages are stored securely on our server and deleted automatically after 90 days. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your messages at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because the app itself stores no personal data, this mainly concerns messages you send through the contact form.

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us.
